Всего ОДНО политическое, научно обоснованное решение – учредить новый самостоятельный Государственный орган распределения общегосударственного, денежно-платежного ресурса страны, который сегодня во всем мире бесхозный – учредить государственный Банк с важными особенностями.

How to avoid mistakes in politics.

    "In order not to make a mistake in politics, one must climb higher and higher and higher", the evolution of society teaches.

 

First level.

Everything begins with a critique of reality. There is collection of facts. Then a comparative analysis with other countries, living standards, the level of social justice, economic efficiency (resource use), population growth, export-import ratio, the level of intellectual potential of the population dynamics of their changes should take place. This process ends with comparing the leaders of the country before and now. As a rule dissatisfaction with the present leader reveals. Maturing politically wrong conclusion displays about the necessity of his resignation, as it is said "regime change". Promises, appeals, slogans and retirement plans for government heads of administrative units helps.
    Actually the criticism of reality government tolerates peacefully.

 

Second level.

There is the search for common disadvantages of the various sectors, systems, structures of the state, their analysis in order to identify common political causes. Of the total field of view fall scholars of

political science, which are not normally heard and not seen. For the population this level is virtually inaccessible for several reasons. This case is the opposition political parties. But power does not sleep. In the case of opposition absence the government has many ways to transform it into the category of pocket.

 

Third level (Systematic).

In each state should be the public management system and system of control the country's economy.

 

1. The system of population control. History knows only as long as two systems. The most ancient system is religious (violent). A religious state was in the Soviet Union and in all former pseudo-socialist countries. Currently it exists in North Korea.

 

The new system which is called “money-capitalist system” originated during the transition from wild capitalism to mature capitalism by the initiative of the most politically literate people (bankers. In the struggle between the government and bankers the aim was bank’s profitability. Bankers asked for "non-interference" in their affairs and promised unprecedented power stability. They proposed a new version of the state ideology, which means to ensure the stability of the authorities, to provide the most active part of the population the opportunity for personal enrichment and an unlimited subjugation of other countries by any means. Indeed, the power became stable even in times of crisis and severe wars, during which and after their bankers and proprietors enriched more rapidly.

Bankers have made the development of political subversion against other countries. The government implemented them, while bankers and scholars of political science obligated to be in the shade.

    Profitability of banks became powerful. The banks started to manage their own and foreign countries. There was a secret international banking cartel, which has become dictate to civilian countries, strengthened by the power of the developed countries.

As time passed, the next crises of all kinds became prolonged and more severe. Many countries began to change in the consumer countries. Imports began to exceed exports. Britain and Poland have introduced restrictions in enrichment through a progressive tax on personal income. Russia governed by Yeltsin has allowed enrichment in every way up to the crime.

The theory of power stability says that 10-12% of active power supporters is an optimal. If there is less supporters it is not effective, if a little more supporters the treasury is not enough. So the government does not allow owners of small and medium businesses to enrich.

    But the situation has changed in the world. Nobel laureates in economics consented to their own impotence to prove that capitalism is the top of civilization, that private ownership of means of production is the holy and eternal. There won’t be any more these Nobel winners. All the countries struck by the ideological crisis in most countries. There is chronic pre-reform situation. There is no opposition.

 

2. The system of country’s economy governance. Any system of government requires money. It turned out that money for a control system in religious and civilized countries in the treasury is not enough. The government and all proprietors and capital possessors gave up in order the power was stable. In these circumstances, the best way is a search for internal and external enemies, the population decline, wars, internal and external terrorism.

    Trying to develop a system economic management Stalin created an administrative-command system, the main principle of which was "to certain date" and "at any cost." There cannot be effective use of resources.

3. The new system of management which is called monetary public sector economy was developed six years ago and immediately implemented by the authorities, the Academy of Sciences, the Communists, Vladimir Zhirinovsky, S. Mironov. There is no result and it is not expected. This system is both the system of population management and management of the country's economy. But it has a significant "drawbacks". The international banking cartel and all proprietors of power and capital do not like this system because the stability of power is achieved by stable development of economy,  personal wealth is possible only if there is an implementation of scientific, technical or organizational innovations in proportion to individual contributions depending on the type of innovation and the resulting type of effect.

 

Fourth level.

Changing ways of management. The theory of social development defines the following progressive methods of management:

Economic corporate management (Chozcorporativny), which is the last stage of capitalism. The distinguish feature is the presence of the owner of the corporation budget of planned expenditures and all of its holdings in the corporate bank (this system was successfully tested in the gaming industry in many countries, in 20 - 30 years of 20^th century)

 True public sector management (Gossectorny). The difference is that the State Bank is an owner of the budget of planned expenditures of the public sector and all its farms. Farm managers are first owners of the planned expenditure of their budgets, and the Board of the public sector is the owner of the development budget and the insurance fund of the state sector and, finally,

Truly socialist management, where the difference is that State Bank is an owner of country’s treasury, of budget of planned expenditures of the country and all farms operating in the state.

According to the theory of social development the change of management methods happens on authority initiative with the optimization of the existing production relations.

 

Fifth level. Public opinion.

The only factor that can influence the government is either silently allow that authorities want to do, or to forbid them to do it, or require an implementation of a single political decision. Public opinion is formed by two sides such as government and opposition. But now there is no opposition. Public opinion is formed by the government with their numerous paid and volunteer assistants such as scholars of political science and mass media, culture, sports, religion, crime, terrorism, and, of course, the leaders. There is a monopoly of power.

 

Election in all countries is a tool of power, not of citizens. Do not be fooled.

But it may cause some internal or external event, which instantly deploys public opinion to the contrary. Even so, the public should know what to demand from the authorities and the authorities should know what should they do. Authorities know, but citizens do not know what to demand. The most evident example is elections. Currently with the help of authority efforts citizens support government.

 

Sixth level. The political parties.

With all the variety of multifaceted parties  the meaningful are only four e.g. the ruling party (regressive role), the party of war (illegal), the party of the privatization of (illegal) and the party of necessary political reform, which was established by the Central Bank. All the rest exist only in order to fine careers of their leaders.

Онищенко: доступность кредитов в России создала опасную ситуацию. Глава Роспотребнадзора Геннадий Онищенко считает, что легкая доступность кредитов в России опасна, передает корреспондент «Газеты.Ru» из Саранска. По мнению Онищенко, недостаток средств у населения толкает людей к решению взять кредиты, при этом уровень финграмотности у населения остается очень низким. Самые политически грамотные люди планеты – международные финансовые воротилы изобрели множество денежно-политических весьма эффективных способов разрушения экономики стран. Среди них – кредитная система. Вес эти способы основаны на жадности, жажде власти и обмане населения. Все способы работают по одной схеме – финансовые воротилы тщательно их разрабатывают, поручают это власти, власть принимает условия игры с населением под страхом лишиться власти. Власть в стране проталкивает принятие законов, обеспечивающих права банкиров, оставляя население в бесправном состоянии. 
Наш главный политолог страны Г.Онищенко вину за отрицательные для страны и положительные для банкиров результаты возлагает на население (слабая финграмотность, недостаток средств у населения) и на рекламу банкиров. 
Банкиры разрабатывает для каждой диверсии набор приемов эффективной рекламы, пропаганды удобств, различных видов выгод и прочих прелестей. 
Для кредита: «Мы повышаем покупательскую способность населения», «Строим внутренний рынок», «Мы спорт делаем доступным всем», «Мы заботимся о Вас». «Кредит, кредитная карта экономит Ваши деньги». В эту систему отбора (отъема) денег у населения включились не только банкиры, но и торгаши, строители и, конечно, посредники. 
Напрасно Г.Онищенко «Недостаток средств у населения» считает временным явлением. Это стабильная норма между очередными кризисами, в период которых этот недостаток растет. Это норма для капитализма – заработок наемных людей стремится к прожиточному минимуму, обогащение остальных – не ограничено. Россия еще к тому же больна диким капитализмом – карикатура на зрелый капитализм. Вот государственная идеология капитализма под названием денежно-капиталистическая система управления населением: для стабильности своего положения власть мобилизует наиболее активную часть населения в ряды активных своих сторонников, готовых ее защищать любыми способами, для чего предоставляет ей возможность личного неограниченного обогащения любыми способами вплоть до криминальных. Что Г.Онищенко этого не знает? Кредит для того и придуман в этой уродливой форме, чтобы банкиры обогащались. 
При банковском кризисе власть выручает банкиров – оплот власти. И никогда не выручала, и не будет выручать население. США много лет имели очень дорогую правительственную программу «борьба с бедностью». Боролись с нищетой – рассадник наркоманов и криминала - более 25 лет. Сдались – признали себя побежденными.
Высокопоставленный политолог Г.Онищенко с нехилой оплатой его политического труда почему-то не видит активной роли власти в реализации этой политической диверсии против России. Кто организовал пропаганду роскоши, кто провел в жизнь преступное законодательство, кто не вернул в страну вывезенные криминальные капиталы и так и далее? Все идет по плану воротил при активном содействии власть имущих. Иначе власти нельзя – за неделю воротилы либо направят ее на нужные рельсы, либо конец ей придет – охотников порулить много. Переворотик любого цвета сейчас – дело им по карману – совсем дешево. 
Что заставило Г.Онищенко публично выступить? Думаю, что хочет быть полезным власти. Это у него получается.
